- Expert consultants: In those few cases in which a diagnosis remains indeterminate, BioVantra consults with nationally recognized expert pathologists in the areas of uropathology, gastrointestinal pathology, and breast/gynecological pathology to ensure that every measure has been taken to arrive at a definitive diagnosis.

Specialty-specific pathology requisitions accommodate clinical information and provide more convenient ordering. Daily local specimen pickup by in-house courier or by overnight air courier.

BioVantra's reports are clear, concise and offer photomicrographs and color-coded anatomic mapping to provide you with the easy-to-read information that enables prompt treatment decisions.
- Flexible report delivery options: BioVantra provides a variety of report delivery options including delivery by courier, online, fax and or/or mail. Each report can be simultaneously sent to the referring physician, requesting physician and/or the facility in which the procedure was performed.
- Online Test Results: Online Test Results provide quick, convenient and easy online access to pathology reports. Authorized users can use our Online Test Results to view, print or email reports.
Utilization and Disease Management Reports
BioVantra supports you and your patients with Diagnostic Summary and Action/Surveillance Reports that aid in diagnosis and management of your patients.
- Diagnostic Summary Report: These utilization reports enable physicians to profile their patient populations by diagnosis. Physicians can compare their patient profiles to other physicians in their practices or to BioVantra’s national database. - Action/Surveillance Report: These reports are designed to supplement standard follow-up and tracking procedures for patients undergoing diagnostic testing in your practice. The summary consists of patients diagnosed with malignancies, dysplasia, atypia, and other conditions warranting further evaluation, treatment and/or surveillance. Action/Surveillance reports are delivered monthly to physician clients using BioVantra’s diagnostic pathology services.
