Histology

Biomarker Analysis

  • Barrett’s BioStrat™ Assay
    • A molecular-based assay that provides valuable clinical indication of Barrett's associated neoplasia that is more specific than conventional surveillance methods alone. The assay consists of directly labeled fluorescent DNA probes that can be applied to esophageal cytology brushing specimens collected during endoscopy.
    • Provides information on DNA alterations relating to the detection of Barrett's associated neoplasia and the differentiation of low-grade dysplasia from high-grade dysplasia/adenocarcinoma.
